At this time, Status Symbol Collection does not offer refunds. If you receive a product or an item that was misprinted/damaged/defective, please contact us via email within 1 week of receiving your product or item in the mail. Please include along with your concern, screenshot of order #, and image/picture of your item ordered with packing slip in your email. We will respond within 24-48 hours to your email and work with you to resolve your concern.
